Last updated: May 20, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Atlantic Ordinate. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may use email/password login or supported third-party sign-in options such as Google Sign-In.
Business Listings
If you create, claim, or manage a business listing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, lawful, and that you have permission to submit it. We may review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that appear inaccurate, unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful to users.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as listing text, images, reviews, messages, and product or service information. You give Atlantic Ordinate permission to host, display, format, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, protect, and improve the service.

- Posting false, misleading, abusive, hateful, illegal, or infringing content.
- Impersonating another person or business.
- Uploading malware or attempting to bypass security controls.
- Scraping, spamming, or overloading the service.
- Using the service to harm users, businesses, or the platform.
Marketplace Information
Business details, prices, hours, locations, availability, and service descriptions may change. Atlantic Ordinate does not guarantee that marketplace information is always complete, current, or error-free. Users should confirm important details directly with the business before relying on them.
Transactions With Businesses
Purchases, bookings, quotes, deliveries, refunds, warranties, disputes, and service outcomes are between the user and the business unless Atlantic Ordinate clearly states otherwise in writing.
AI-Assisted Features
Atlantic Ordinate may use AI-assisted features to help search, summarize, classify, or answer marketplace questions. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. It should not replace direct confirmation from a business or professional advice where appropriate.
Suspension And Removal
We may limit, suspend, or remove accounts, listings, content, or access when needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, enforce these terms, or maintain service integrity.
Service Availability
We work to keep Atlantic Ordinate reliable, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, errors, data loss, or changes to the service to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Disclaimers
Atlantic Ordinate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Atlantic Ordinate and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
